Who this is for
You're a non-technical founder, or your team has no senior AI help. You tried no-code tools and hit their ceiling. Or an agency quoted you six months and a number with too many zeros.
You want one person who owns the build. Someone who tells you what each step costs, what can go wrong, and when it ships. That's the job I do. Think of it as a fractional technical co-founder: senior ownership of the build, without a full-time hire.

I've been the technical half before. Founding engineer at Parker AI since 2023. Founder of SolutionPlus and QuickBilling. Consulting builds for US and German teams. I think about cost per task and what breaks at scale because I've carried the pager for my own products.
How we work together
We start with a free 30-minute call. You walk me through the idea, I tell you what I'd build first and what I'd cut. If we're a fit, I scope the work in slices of 2 to 12 weeks. Each slice ends with something running that you can click, test, and show people.
You always know what's being built, what it costs, and when it lands. I take one or two builds at a time, so your product gets my days, not my leftover hours.

Questions founders ask me
I have only an idea, no spec. Is that enough?
Yes. Most builds start that way. The first call turns your idea into a scope: what we build first, what we skip, and what each slice costs.
Why you instead of an agency?
You get one senior person from architecture to production instead of handoffs and juniors learning on your budget. And I've been a founder, so I push back when a feature isn't worth what it costs.
How much does an MVP cost?
It depends on scope, which is why the first call is free. A tight AI MVP usually fits in one or two slices. You get a number before you commit to anything.
Do you work with founders outside Berlin?
Yes. I'm in Berlin and work remotely worldwide. The EU timezone overlaps Europe, the UK, and the US East Coast.
